Follow the colorful balloons down First Street where shops & restaurants offer festivities and prize drawings. A wide variety of musical styles by various bands may be enjoyed at different locations on First Street. During the summer months, outdoor movies are shown at 9 p.m. at the Benicia State Capitol.
