The Parks and Community Services Department administration office is located at Benicia City Hall, 250 East L Street. Office hours are monday through friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Closed from 12 noon - 1:00 p.m.). Facilities marked with an asterisk (*) require reservations.
