CHRISTOPHER TO CHAIR 2007 CHAMBER BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Martha Christopher, owner of the Christopher Group, a consulting business that provides a broad range of consulting services in the Human Resources, safety and risk management business areas, will serve as Chairperson of the Chamber Board in 2007. Assisting Christopher as Vice Chair of the Board will be Peter Lepley Wilson, Humane Services Director for the Benicia Vallejo Humane Society. Corrine Oakes, realtor with Hamann Real Estate, will serve as Vice Chair of Finance. Susan Hurl, Community Affairs Manager for Allied Waste Services, will serve as Immediate Past Chair of the Board. Rounding out the fifteen member Board of Directors is Eldon Petersen-Petersen Janitorial Services, Grant Perryman-Costco Wholesale, Chris Howe-Valero Refining Company California, Frances Harkins-Grossman Financial Management, Michael Paric-Computer Business Solutions, Jimmy Triplett-Amports, Jim Coniglio-Discovery Builders, Steve McClure-State Farm Insurance, Gary Heppell-Favaro, Lavezzo, Gill, Caretti & Heppell, Brian White-White’s Graphics, and Sharon Petrellese-Austin Travel.
Directors will be installed at the Installation of Officer’s Banquet and Business of the Year Awards, Friday, January 26, 2007 at the Clocktower. Tom Gavin-Gavin & Schreiner will serve as emcee and installing officer. Tickets are available at the Chamber office, 601 First Street, or by calling Chamber staff at 707-745-2120.
