The Benicia Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations from its membership for Outstanding Business of the Year. Self-nominations are welcomed. The award will be presented to five businesses based on the number of employees including home-based businesses. The criteria for nomination is: Demonstrates ethics and integrity in business practices; demonstrates leadership and excellence through customer service, employee development, safety, creativity and innovation; demonstrates commitment to supporting and promoting Benicia Chamber of Commerce activities.

Winners of the awards will be announced at the Chamber's Annual Installation of Officers Banquet and Outstanding Business of the Year Awards, January 25, 2002 at the Clocktower. For additional information, please contact the Chamber staff at 745-2120
