Mark your calendars for this year's New Year's Eve Celebration at the historic Clocktower. The evening begins with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at 7:30 p.m. which will be followed by a sit-down gourmet dinner. "Struttin," a well-known, popular local band will provide music to dance the night away. All that plus party favors are included in the ticket price of $85 per person.
The Benicia Board of Directors announced that this is the Chamber's largest fundraiser of the year and is inviting the entire community to join in the festivities.
Even if you are not a big fan of New Year's Eve parties you can still contribute and offer your support by purchasing raffle tickets. First prize is $2005 cash, second prize is $1000 cash, and third prize $500 cash. Tickets are available for just $10 each or 6 for $50. The winning tickets will be drawn at the New Year's Eve event and you do not have to be present to win. Wouldn't a little extra cash be a great way to start the New Year? Tickets may be purchased at the Chamber office or by contacting a Chamber Ambassador.
Reservations are required as a limited number of tickets are available and may be purchased until December 27th. Checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted at the Benicia Chamber of Commerce, located at 601 First Street. For additional information call the Chamber at 707-745-2120.
