Plans are now underway for the Chamber's annual Installation of Officers Banquet and Business of the Year Awards which will take place at Benicia's historic Clocktower on FRIDAY, JANUARY 27, 2012. The annual event is attended by City officials, business community leaders, Chamber Past Presidents, and dignitaries. We anticipate over 150 people to attend this popular event. Following the installation program, Business of the Year Awards will be presented to outstanding businesses.

Tami Schreiner - Gavin and Schreiner Insurance, has been elected to serve as the 2012 Chairman of the Board of Directors. Eric Hoglund - Estey Real Estate & Property Management, will serve as Vice Chair, and Steve McClure - State Farm Insurance, serves as Vice Chair of Finance. Rounding out the 2012 Board are: Gary Heppell - Favaro, Lavezzo, Gill, Caretti & Heppell, Immediate Past Chairman, Rod Sherry - Cullen-Sherry & Associates, Inc., Jimmy Triplett - Amports, Steve Moore - Pacific Rim Recycling, Maria Teresa Matthews - Baskin Robbins Benicia Store, Leeann Cawley - Benicia Plumbing, Inc., Tim Argenti - Allied Waste Services, Frances Hurley - Printer Concepts Technology, John Johnsen - NHT Audio, Ric Small - Alonzo & Small Insurance Agency, Claire McFadden - Best Western Heritage Inn, and Lauren Bird - Valero Benicia Refinery.
