Mark Lobdell, Senior Vice President of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter located on First Street in downtown Benicia has been elected to serve as Chairman of the Benicia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for 2001. Serving as Vice Chairman is Scott Goldie of Pacific Bay Homes; Vice Chairman of Finance, Mike Lamb, proprietor of the Inn at Benicia Bay; Richard Bortolazzo, Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific, rounds out the list of officers as Immediate Past Chair.

Joining the Board in 2001 are Cyndi Clouse representing Family Funding and local dentist Dr. Jeanine Nordeen. Clouse and Nordeen join Mary Adams-North Bay Water Services, Tom Amen-West Coast Beauty Supply, Todd Bigelow-Round Table Pizza, Roger Britt-Powerhouse Real Estate & Management, Jerry Hayes-Hayes Supply, Rich Marcogliese-Valero Refining Company-California, Vince Moretti-Benicia Home Improvement Center, Vicky Sagehorn-CPA, and Vern Sandusky-Network Solutions. Otto Giuliani, Benicia's City Manager, serves as an Ex-Officio member of the Board.
